I recently visited Parlor Grand to rescue one of the worst hair cuts I have ever received. I visited the dominicans in College Park, MD, and the person that cut my hair needs to have her license revoked, that is; if she has license. Angel from Parlor Grand graciously took me in as a walk-in and was able to blend my hair cut from a mess to miraculous and for that I am grateful. She also has very flexible hours. | |
